Solid Ankle Cushioned Heel (S.A.C.H.)
Prescribed - for individuals that have ankle, joint or bone pain from ambulating (walking) caused by heel strike. Also for pre- or Post-op surgery for persons who have limited motion or no motion in their ankle, knee or hips.
Function - dampen the impact forces of heel strike, working like a shock absorber.
Goal - cushion heel strike during ambulation. Can laso controlling rapid plantar flexion.
